Know a worker's history before you hire
Trusted seths keep worker records and check past jobs in seconds. Every member is vouched for by someone in the chain.
- Scan the ID cardTake a photo of Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID or Driving License. Name, date of birth and ID number are filled in.
- Check past jobsSee every past job: which firm, how long, why the worker left, and whether the seth would hire again.
- Private by designID numbers are encrypted and always shown masked. Card photos are never shown to other seths.
