Terms of use

Last updated: 7 October 2026

These terms apply to everyone who uses TextileBook. By joining or logging in you agree to them.

  1. 1. Membership

TextileBook is invite only. You join with the referral code of an existing member, who approves your request. You must be a textile business owner or act for one, and the details you give must be true.

  2. 2. Your responsibilities

Add or hire a worker only after the worker agrees and confirms their mobile number with the code sent to it. Record jobs, exits and reasons honestly and fairly. Choose the exit reason that matches what happened, and never use TextileBook to harass, threaten or discriminate against a worker. When you hire a worker who works at another member, that job ends and the member is told.

Use worker information only to make hiring decisions for your own business. Do not copy, sell or share it outside TextileBook.

  3. 3. Referrals

Approve only people you know. If someone you referred is found to be fake or misuses TextileBook, you may receive a warning.

  4. 4. Lookups

Every lookup is logged with your name. Searching for workers you do not plan to hire is not allowed.

  5. 5. Disputes and corrections

If a worker or member reports that a record is wrong, TextileBook may ask the member who entered it to check it, and may correct or hide it.

  6. 6. Blocking

TextileBook may block members who break these terms, and may also block the members they referred when needed. Blocking can be undone after review.

  7. 7. Account security

Keep the login codes we send you private. You are responsible for actions taken with your account and by your supervisors. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.

  8. 8. Fees

TextileBook is free for members at present. If paid plans are added later, they will be announced in advance.

  9. 9. Liability

Job records are entered by members. TextileBook does not verify every record and is not responsible for hiring decisions made using them. The service is provided as it is, to the extent the law allows.

  10. 10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
